Here's a bit of a shift, it used to be that there were endless needs that the internet and technology could help with. The case for a word processor is pretty clear, at least in retrospect. The difficult bit back then was the cost of creating and distributing the hardware and software solution to the problem.

However, as the technology market matures it's becoming far easier to create and distribute technology and far more difficult to find a good reason for doing so.

Put like this, being unable to do something (anything) could be the big break you've been longing for.
