Mention is so simple that it is barely believable that its a viable business. But it is still useful. Each day I get an email saying "you have 36 mentions" and it's interesting. Who's saying what. Great.

And, as they point out, it is better than Google Alerts - a perfect example of why start-ups win. They care a lot more than Google.

I believe it can do loads of analysis making it more in-line with Hootsuite. But I'm not sure that particularly its sweet spot for us lot. You don't need aggregated analysis of 24 tweets. Just say thanks and get back to the job in hand.
